RETURNS and EXCHANGES
If you’re not absolutely happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the date your package delivery date.
To start an exchange/return please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice number and instructions will be emailed to you within 48 hours. Please allow up to 10 business days for return processing once the item has arrived back at out warehouse. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the return is processed.
Merchandise must be unworn with tags attached to be eligible for exchange or refund.
Return must include original order number. Haute Shop will email you a pre-paid return label to return your item(s).
