RETURNS and EXCHANGES
If you’re not absolutely happy with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the date your package delivery date.
Merchandise must be unworn with tags attached to be eligible for exchange or refund.
Return must include original invoice to ensure proper refund.
Haute Shop does not provide return shipping labels. You may send the item back using the carrier of your choice. It is highly recommended to get a tracking number for your return to ensure it has arrived back at our warehouse.
To start an exchange/return please email email@example.com with your invoice number and instructions will be emailed to you within 48 hours. Please allow up to 10 business days for return processing.
